Hi

My (-) paddle shifter has broken off. Is it easy to fix it? How does it work, is it spring loaded or something as when I put in back in place to test if it fits there doesnt seem to be any movement like the + one which has the slight movement that changes gears.

Also does anyone know where I can get the (-) from trying fleabay at the moment.
