Anyone know where I can get NAVTEQ maps of the year 2011-2012 with radar?

I have the the 2010-2011 but sometimes fails with roads ...

The latest Navteq map discs for the Stilo are 2010-2011. Discs for some countries are 2010/2011 v2 but not for Spain.

Navteq never published map discs for the Stilo with speed camera locations.

Is it possible to add your own speed camera locations to the POI list?
