Its in Kirkcaldy, and its on the Prom (promenade)! :p

Kirkcaldy, is on the coast, Kirkcaldy is famous for Linoleum!

Kirkcaldy is the perfect example of glaciation during the ice age, the town is on 3 plateau's. First level at the promenade level, second is town centre/high street level, and 3 level is St. Bridesdale Church level.

Kirkcaldy is the historical home of Adam Smith.

Or do you just want to know where all the neds hang out? If so, its outside the Candle Rooms night club, about the middle of the Prom area.

well if u watched the news on tuesday you might of saw a punto mk1 dark blue modded that was my old car he got pulled for not wearing a seat belt typical ned lol

Obviously was Cinqmeister! I know dozens of people here who get pulled day in day out for stuff and not once have they been on the news. I don't think even our 750 car meets have made even the local news round here, just the papers :(

it was to do with anti social behaviour (no seat belt) lame well it was also about racing etc typical stuff but at last my old punto got fame but not the way i expected it 2 but neva the less my punto has been on tv :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I think the point of the news article was to highlight how stupid neds and nedetes are! Seeing as 4 got killed only weeks ago, and 'cos all of them think they are invincible they think its ok to not wear a belt!

From what i hear, when the plod arrived the 4 occupants looked ok! Except the folk in the back had broken noses! Thats it, they smashed each others skulls! Imagine being the poor copper that had to check if anyone survived! Or the poor sod in the Volvo they slammed into!

right, as I never saw the reporting scotland article im going to guess its in relation to this. where police are proclaiming the right to seeze the ned populations cars.

got to love fife and kirkcaldy eh.
They managed to get rid of them mostly in Leven Prom by putting large speed humps all over the road. Stopped them driving over them as the cars scraped on them while going over them.

I've actually been on Kirkcaldy prom late night on a Saturday and i've seen the cars parked in the carparks across from the Candle rooms, and all i can say is they have clearly spent a lot of money on their cars. They don't play their music too loud, they don't scream up and down the prom, the only think i see wrong is they sit with their neons on, however they are in a private carpark and not on a public highway.

The problem is the proper neds, the ones in clapped out Punto's/Nova's/Corsa/Fiesta's etc with drainpipe home made exhausts spanking the nackers off their worn out engine trying to get a rise from the ones parked up who have clearly spent £1000's making their car look individual, but trying to avoid being too tacky.

You can spot a proper ned, he has those pink/white/red rubber covers over the windscreen wipers, and home made Rally style RED mudflaps.

On the odd ocation after I came out of the candle rooms, ive witnessed an MG ZS and Golf VR6 drag racing. (starting right at the traffic lights that turns to the back of candlerooms and to the carpark)

The ones in the carparks being harmless is fine, but its the above thats dodgy

yer i saw that race maybe and i think i no who it was i think   .......dark blue with wolfrace alloys? Us normal people ;) who go down there to speak to there friends park up and chat for a while and watch all the radges who rip there cars to pieces it is quite funny these 1.2 corsas and wot not who think they can take on anything with 4 wheels and sumtyms 2 :bang: :bang: :bang: lol but my point was my old car is famous :D but unfortunitly famous in the wrong way  . wish i sold it to my gf would of been in better hands :D :D :D

cant remember about the alloys but the MG was dark blue.
Im hardly in Kirkcaldy at nights anyway, only go for a drink if my mates back up from down south
