hi guys trouble with exterior door handle,when u pull it it dont open door so jump in passenger side to pull interior handle to open,take it something broke inside??

Remove the doorcards and look inside.

i have removed door card but now need to remove large tin plate which houses wiper motor door control panel ,that will give me good access to see problem how do you remove it iv unbolted it and removed wiper motor etc still wont budge????
