Now then,

Just been quoted delivery date of April 22nd for my JTD dynamic 3 door. Quite looking forward to the whole affair, although i'm bit worried i'll spend most my time claiming on my warranty. Cant be as bad as people make out, can it? Anyway, got to work out what i'll be keeping in the refrigerated glovebox any suggestions.

i'm presuming that you can heat things as well? in which case it might have to be a sausage roll.

They're not bad cars at all, it has to be said, especially the JTD ;)

But don't expect too much from the 'refridgerated' glovebox, its simply a small compartment with a vent, so when you have the A/C on its chilled, enough to keep an already cold drink cold. As for heaing, it certainly won't heat anything up! It might stop a pasty or pie becoming cold as quickly, but you'd need to have the heating on full pelt :(

I was a little disappointed with the 'fridge' tbh, but thats only a very small thing on a car that on the whole is :D  (y)

Nice one :D - good choice on the JTD, another ideal candidate ;)

Be aware, as soon as you add a CD-Changer to the car, you lose the fridge. Not that it is great anyway; the Ulysse has a slightly better version.

Never mind, suppose it all sounded abit to good to be true! i guess i'll have to make do with my george foreman lean mean grilling machine working off th e12v outlet. Out of curiosity does the dynamic have any sort of 'remote controls' for the stereo without ordering the option steering wheel mounted buttons. Sure i saw some sort of extra indicator type stalk.

Why do you lose the fridge Stu? As far as I can tell the only difference is there's a bit less space.

I wouldn't bank on having the 12v in the boot either, its something that seems to be installed or not depending how the factory feel that day :D

The Dynamic doesn't have steering controls as standard, not too much of a problem as the Radio buttons are big and clear, but I always miss remote controls after I've been driving my GF's car.
