stilo climate control hidden setting

has any one else ever pressed the two round buttons in at the same time on their climate control and held them in till the screen goes blank except for two numbers? it seems to enter some sort of diagnostic setting, what's it for?

Re: stilo climate control hidden setting

i found out some info about that stuff on here http://www.clubfiat.net/guides/1211-...stic-menu.html

just wondering what the other thing is that i found holding mono and auto in at the same time appears to make it run some sort of diagnostic routine going through each fan and vent in turn.

Do you mean by holding in the 2 button in the attached photo?
If you do then no I've never heard of there being a menu available there?

Pressing the two round buttons activates the climate control self learn proceedure.

Pressing the HRW button for five seconds starts the diagnostic code proceedure, but nobody is quite sure what ths code descriptions mean. The list was translated from Italian, Spanish and German but didn't make much sense.

Re: stilo climate control hidden setting

On this list it shows code #17 as road speed of the car but there's another list I've seen that shows #40 (I think) as road speed.

I supect "feeler" in the above list means sensor.
