is there anything i can do like fit a 1.8 throttle body if its bigger or fuel injectors as a performance upgrade for my 1.6?
or has any1 ever found fast road cams for the 1.6?

I think you'll find most people on here have focussed on three main areas to beef up the 1.6 engine: induction; exhaust; re-map.

Some Greek Stilo enthusiasts may have attempted turbo charging, but I don't think it's easy.

Yeah but there is alot more that can be done... I just want to no if they would fit... is tif 1.8 throttle body bigger?

I'm no expert but surely fitting bigger injectors just throws more fuel into the engine, which is great news if you have a reason for more fuel but otherwise will just waste it/flood the engine?

i no thats why im wondering if it will be good or not as with a remap could the extra fuel increase the performance or just make it run rich

A remap is relatively pointless (in terms of seeking a large power increase) on a standard petrol car. Get a performance (not a 15inch bore job...) exhaust and a decent induction kit, then a remap. Don't expect to be racing Type R Civics any time soon though. I'm pretty sure even then larger injectors will be no use though since all they will do is allow more of what isn't needed to be thrown into the cylinders.

already have the full exhaust and getting a panel filter instead of induction then a remap, its booked for the 25th i just want to see if there is any more mods i can do that will improve the gains on the remap...
