Hi Guys!

Symptoms of my car:

1. Engine fault message appeared with control lamp flashing
2. ECU reseted --> Engine started --> No problem for 20 seconds
3. After 20 seconds the idle speed started oscillating and then engine stopped
4. No Failure Code appeared

Has anyone met this kind of problem before? Ideas please!

Poor idle is a common problem on the 1.6 ..first off try this..

And if that dont work then check that your 1.6 had the ecu /throttle body updates done by fiat..it will need to go on their examiner to have the new software loaded..this is more relevant on the older models than the later models..
