Where I live there is way too much mud.

The old punto was covered in mud, only been washed like 2 times in the 3 years I've owned it.

Most factory alloys look small on a Stilo!

lovely looking car mate, but i agree with the mud flaps!! but living near loads of mud it would make sense for you to keep them on. but therfore sacraficing yuor street cred. haha lol

I'll do some research on the remap.

At the moment the car is amazingly fast, compared to the 1.2 8v punto it replaces.

Can someone enlighten me, as I've always wondered what the point in putting mud flaps on the BACK of your car was? I can fully understand them being on the front, as if you're in a muddy area it would stop your doors getting manky every day, but I just don't get why people put them on the back?!!

.....I mean who care's if you spray the car/horse behind you with mud!

you obviously dont live in the country mate! I think the reason for the back is to keep the cr#p off the back window. The 3 door is much worse for some reason than our old 5 door.

If you're going to have them on the back though, you should have them on the front as well - protect the paint on your doors!!
