Hi all first post,
I'm fitting a new Audio system with DVD + GPS. The instructions say it as to be connected to the handbrake switch so when the handbrake is off and the car is in motion you can't view the DVD ( obvious reasons ) so there's a wire on the audio which needs to be connected to the handbrake wire which is coloured PINK.

So has anyone come across this setup, where would this PINK wire be found, would it be visible when the audio is taken out and how easy/hard would it be to connect?

Any help much appreciated.

It's a Stilo 1.6 Dynamic 5 Door...........

Propably near the handbrake then... Just pull off some plastic etc. around the area and dig it out.

It's only got a short wire from the Audio so I would have thought the wire from the switch would be with the spaghetti wiring behind the dash so it could be connected some where around there. I don't know.
