Have you got a custom suspension setup? ie what shocks are you using and what about the anti-roll bars? Have you got a set of poly bushes for the suspension as well?
I used to have Bilstein B8 suspension, but I have changed it for a Bilstein PSS9 (adjustable in height). Since Bilstein PSS9 is not available for the Stilos, custom parts were manufactured in order to make it fit. ;)
Other than that, everything else is stock.

Car looks great and liking that new bumper, if I wer you though I'd get those bump strips on it smoothed out (y)
I kind like them, and they also remind me my previous bumper, so I will keep them. And the most important? I want to keep the car look like stock! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

EDIT:
New toys on the way!!! :D

Good luck with that!! :p

Well you could wire in an airbag light to a permanent live feed fed up into the dash cluster, that way no one would know! ;)

Have you done anything to the engine at all? Like a remap? I noticed the BMC CDA in an early video but any other things been done? If you ever find yourself travelling to the UK one day, take a trip to Autodelta in London - they'd quite happily take your bhp up to 400 with one of their superchargers lol

At the moment, apart from the BMC and the exhaust, everything is stock. My plans is to get a remap from a local programmer (very famous in Greece). The remap will be done mostly to run the engine smoothly. With the BMC and the de-cat exhaust, we need some minor adjustments to do that. Of course, there will be an increase of power, but it will not be the target of the remap.

I am aware of Autodelta! :D Damn that people seems to do a great job, but we are talking about a huge amount of money! Maybe some day, I will get the setup with the N/A engine, making it 3.5 liters, arround 300BHP. Despite I am a fan of turbos/compressors, these solutions are not optimal for racing in a circuit, so I am not going into the supercharged version of Autodelta.

Some day (far beyond the near future :p ), if the car goes +300BHP, I would consider making it AWD... :D

Sounds good man :D (y)

AWD sounds awesome! You must be on the limit of power the front wheels can handle now? Unless you have some sort of special limited slip diff in place? :)

one other thing I was wanting to ask...you were saying how it is all new wiring for the car...how did you get around the CAN BUS network? Have you completely removed it or still using some parts of it?

No slip diff -yet- but power handles well. Don't forget that I run in a circuit (very good tarmac) using semi-slick tires (very good grip).

:) There is NO CAN-BUS network anymore... Most of the equipment has been removed and what is left (eg power windows, lights, etc), is being operated by new buttons and wiring through a new custom fuse box. I will get some pics of the interior to give you a better idea of what I am talking about. But this will have to wait, since the car will be ready by Friday (I don't have it now).

UPDATE!!! :D

Good news, the bumper is ready. Bad news, the exhaust needs some extra job...

It will be solved shortly... ;)

Here are some new photos... (y)

And some extra photos, regarding the electricals...

Here is the new, custom fuse box. Eveyrthing goes through that. Also, you can see that all switches have been changed to custom ones...

Looks awesome man! :D

Must of been a hell of a job to do all the wiring from scratch? I certainly wouldn't know where to start  Hire an auto electrician perhaps! :p

Just out of curiosity - what is the black box just behind the rear wheel arch in the last photo? Is it magic

Also I think it would look cool if you carbon wrapped the steering column shroud :) Just my thoughts

New bumper looks meaty! Disregard my previous comments about the bump strips!

A friend of mine did ALL the job for me! (y)

Hahahaha! You will be disappointed if I tell you what it is... :p:p it.... is.... just...... a...... med kit!!! LOL!!!

Not a bad idea! I will put it in the "to do" list! (y)

I can not wait to see the test track video Nikos, please make sure you get some good footage and more importantly some good sound recording (y)

Just out of interest, do you know how much the car weighs now after all the stripping down and with the new V6 block mounted Nikos?

That makes things a bit easier then!

Ah ha! Lol well "safety first" I suppose! :p

I would like to see how you would compare to a mk4/5 Golf R32, would be an interesting race :)

Look forward to seeing/hearing the beast when you're back from your track day :D

The last measurement that I have, was 1.200kg. But now, the new bumper is much lighter than te previous one. Also, the new wheels are lighter than the old ones. So I believe that I am just a bit bellow 1.200kg... ;)

I raced a friend's Scirocco, 1.4 160PS + Revo stage 1 (they say it is around 220-225PS). I was a bit quicker... ;)

Well, a part of the exhaust has been repaired, but it requires some extra job to be done. At the moment, I can't find any spare time to deal with it....

I know it has been two months since my last post, but my new tuning garage business has kept me back with the Stilo...

So today, we managed to remove the exhaust manifolds and also started installing the hood pins...

A small update with a small treat! :)

We finished all the repairs from the crash. Few bits need to be solved. Some problems powering the electric steering wheel and the custom handbrake calipers need some adjustments...

So the next few days we are going to deal with them. I 've got you a small video, with tonight's test drive with my new GoPro camera. :) Sorry for the bad sound, but I need to buy an external microphone for better recording...

When I am approaching the gas station, you will hear a constant sqeek! :( Unfortunately the pads of the handbrake calipers are touching the discs (they need adjustment), so this is heard throughout the video... :bang:

And now, the beast is relaxing in the garage... :D
