hi. I just waant to know if you can put xenon lights in a 1.9 jtd wich didnt have before . just the light bulbs ? thank you guys.

OP asked abot xexon bulbs, not a HID kit.

Answer is yes. I've got osram extreame in my dipped beam and osram night breakers in my mains. Osram didn't last that long in dipped for me though. Throughly recomend the osram's though.

Good spot MEP. I've also got xenon bulbs instead of halogens which are about 80% brighter. I believe mine are the Philips ones from http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/H7-Bulbs/

Definitely recommended as the standard halogens were dire (y)

I still hate aftermarket HID conversions though.... :D

Lol. Surprising how many people get confused, I was one of those until I looked into it a while back. I'm compleatly like you and against aftermarket HIDs incorrectly fitted. Especially in the stilo for example as it hasn't the projector lense fitted to it. Another thing that I've found out about HID lenses to add to posts about themneeding to be auto leveling and have washers on them is also the fact that they need to be changeable from RHD to LHD beam pattern without changing the lenses or using the deflector sticker things. Something that is often forgoten about, but does mean that if going abroad if you know how, you can flick you beams over to be correct for the side of the road that your driving on.
