Which light is burnt out?
On mine, when the side repeater burnt out, the system didn't pick it up, but it does pick up all the rear indicators and the rest of the rear clusters.
One blown front sidelight and no warning though.

Perhaps someone has fitted LEDs with a bypass resistor.
If they come in pairs (sidelights/rearlights) the warning will come when both are out.
Low and hi beams give no warning at all.
