Yes something like that. This one has bluetooth, so you can have it behind radio and connect that way, or buy cheaper without BT and put some aux extender on console.
Be careful, that one you posted is not for Fiat, this one is Yatour Adaptateur USB SD AUX MP3 et système mains libres Bluetooth pour Alfa Romeo 147 / 156 / 159 / 166 / Brera / Mito / GT Spider // Fiat Doblo 500 / Bravo à partir de 2007 / Croma à partir de 2005 / Doblo à partir de 2001 / Ducato à partir de 2002 /...: Amazon.fr: High-tech

It looks it's the same, but without BT. There are other brands, but Yatour is good brand, I've seen it working with Stilos.
What do you mean plug it behind the radio? Of course you have to, where would you connect it? You can then put that box in passenger storage, where original CD changer would be.

Or you can buy other stereo, it's up to you.

Ok, so like in this video ! To actually plug the Yatour, do you need to remove the original radio ? Or you can just find a way through the passenger box ?

You need to remove it, just stick 4 long screwdrivers or something in those 4 holes and pull it out. Then you can plug Yatour in and push radio back. It's 2 minutes job.
