I followed an 02 5dr Stilo home tonight and it had the top and bottom set of lights on on the rear (two red lights either side above & below indicators). My 5dr Stilo only has the bottom set on when the lights are on and the top red light only comes on as a brake light. This is the same on both sides. Noticed on the 02 Stilo both top & bottom sets came on as brake light also.

Did they change the 04 model or have two of my rear lights been out since day one? Seems a bit starnge as its both sides!

I've no idea what the back of my car looks like! It's a 5 door, so I'll get somebody to sit in it tomorrow and brake, while I have a look at the lights.

I didn't think about it until I followed another Stilo and thought my lights aren't like that!

Its weird because the one I followed had the tops & bottoms both on, where as my set up is different with the bottom one on and the top one only on as a brake light!

It may be something that was changed with the 04 model.

Didn't have his rear fog lights on did he.

Rear lights were completely re-designed for the 04 5-door Stilo, but they still ended up looking crap compaired to the quality of the 3-door Stilo lights.

Brian K, no they were same brightness as the lower set. If someone has an 04 5dr let us know if yours are the same please. They looked better on this other Stilo with two units lit.

I have just been out to check thel lights on my 04 3 dr Active Sport and I have the top two lights on, one above the other, with the fog lights on all three are lit from top to bottom. I will check again when I am more awake.

3Dr lights are completely different to 5Dr ones though

Followed a Bravo today that had same lights set up as me top set only came on as brakes, bottom set on all the time, but not as brakes so maybe mine are OK? Any 5dr 04 Stilo owners had a look?
