I've just picked up a 2003 Stilo Abarth 5dr. It has an issue with the connect nav+ unit. When the engine is running, if I press the main, audio, trip, back, play/pause or forward buttons the unit turns off and restarts. If the engine is off, the same thing happens but on occasion the buttons work as they should. The firmware is version 9.7.

Any thoughts?

It hasn't done it today. Havenb't changed anything, no modifications to anything. Just behaving properly!

Mine behaves badly from time to time, cold mornings usually. Think its down to battery voltage as it never does it when its plugged in on the bench.

Does it crash when you press the steering wheel buttons? If not it could be a problem with the keyboard module in the unit?

It was a chilly night, hasn't done it all day. Will see if it was a one off. The buttons on the steering wheel worked fine.No crashes.
