My new Stilo has a crack in the passenger side door card. Its where the door meets the dashboard. I've managed to source a replacement door card, but its a different trim. Usually these things are clipped in, but the Stilo seems to have the trim panel as part of the door structure. Anyone got any advice on how to change the things over?

Worst case scenario is to take it to a auto trimmer, but that seems a bit extreme. I don't want to risk damaging the leather on my door card by poking and praying!

I can get the door card off, its the bit at the top of the door that matches the seats that I'm having trouble with. It is pretty seriously bonded onto the rest of the door. Anyone managed to change this section?

have seen some one do a re-trim to put leather on.. it's quite seriously fixed in place with (sfar as i can remember) pins that you have to file off and glue - have a search.. perhaps not in the technical section (this is to do with looks not mechanics)
