(T) Help!! sudden jerking

Hey Guys.

Need some advice/help

Since Monday morning i am havin troubles with my car jerking, its hard to explain. it does it at any speed and gear, and did it today whilst stationary, i do notice that the revs lower when it jerks.

It has the feeling as if your braking, sudden jerk forwards, it goes away then comes back again.

On the Sunday i took a trip to bristol and back which is about hour and a half each way, and drove the car quite hard, i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

Around two weeks ago i did have the cam belt and varaitor job done, could this be related to that?

Any possible leads on whats going on would be much appreciated

Sounds coil pack related to me (use Search) although if it did start happening straight after having the cam belt changed then it could be related to that.
