I am having a bit of a nightmare trying to trace the fault....any ideas?

Symptoms.

when main beam is flashed (with lights side lights off)....am getting a low brake fluid warning, quickly followed by N/S/F indicator bulb.
Very annoying

Brake fluid is fine, all bulbs good. Have cleaned up brake fluid sensor connection and all connected connections. Still problem persists. Has anyone come across this and if so, what connection does the fault lie in....

I am a Electronics Engineer, so please no replys telling me to check what i already have checked, am looking for some sound ideas to where the fault could be loacated, without having to do a rewire

Thanks

the only thing i can come up with is to check battery fuse board is dry ;) but i'm stupid when it comes to electrical bits :( so my apologies as you're sure to have looked into condensation and the main junction under the battery board

Whenever you get items turning on when they're not even selected it's more often going to be poor earths. I'd dive for earth lines C10 or C11 as these are the ones for your headlights and front indicators. Common earth for both

Stick a voltmeter on the C10 or C11 earth terminal and the other line on the battery earth and turn on your headlight flasher. Any voltage recorded above 0.1v would show a resistance there which shouldn't be.

Here's a C10/C11 earth that needed a clean up. Wire brush and contact cleaner works wonders
