General CN+ firmware update

I have done a search and can see that v9.8 is the latest version (although some european members may have higher version eg v11.

however ive had my 2 stilos a couple of months and one is running 9.2 so i wanted to update the firmware

i downloaded the firmware

but it says about putting in the setup cd after. i see the sticky thread about if you dont have the setup cd but which option is it in need to go into?

also is there anywhere online saying what all the revisions were on each firmware update? would be nice reading..
