i have a 2003 fiat stilo 1.9jtd and the steering lock is not working what could it im thinking it may be the locking ring on the steering wheel or the locking mech its self.:bang:

Yes could well be the column lock needs replacing. Bit of a pain getting the headless bolts out I would think

i guessed it would be it wont to bad if the wheel dont have to come off i dont fancy taking the air bag out without switching it off. 1 other thing does the key have a chip in it if i swapped the locking over would it need anything doing for the key to work
