Hi guys, I am a new owner (hopefully today). I am waiting on delivery of my Stilo 1.6 Active. Its for my wife, as a family car for herself. We have been using the sales persons 1.6 Active Sport until the work on our one was complete.

I love the style of the Sport version with the alloys etc etc. I am just wondering what I can do to improve the styling of our Stilo as it is a family car, but needs sprucing up.

I want to keep the cost down as much as possible, but hopefully get it looking abit more sporty.

Its great to speak to some other Stilo owners, I have been looking at these forums for the last 3 weeks.

Thanks alot, speaks soon.

Thx for the warm welcome guys. Sorry if I sound stupid, I am not mechanically minded when it comes to cars.

The stilo, will most bits (ie: Alloys) fit on most models (sizes etc etc)?

If I got some Abarth Alloys will they fit my Active car.

Cheers guys :)

Yep, all 16" and 17" FIAT alloys will fit on the Stilo - there is a lot of space under there!

Just keep an eye out on eBay for them, although you will probably be bidding against someone from this site ;)

For bodykits, the 3 door is smaller than the 5 door, which is why you have to make sure you buy the right sizes.

It only has a cassette player in it, and its got the huge facia, I know you can get these facia replacemnt kits. Anyone know what it looks like when fitted with a standard cd playa and the replacement facias?

Any pics?

Appreciated.

A bit cack IMO, if I were you I'd either upgrade to a fiat CD unit, or fit a CD changer in the glove box.

Welcome to the forum ;)

With the alloys, what details would they be. Thinking of 17" to fit nicely in there, how many studs is it? What else do I need to keep an eye out for? (to fit the Fiat)

i know some people have had trouble fitting non fiat alloys, so if poss stick to fiat ones. go to a fiat dealer and pick up a brio catalogue. this shows you the choice available. there are some nice ones. the 17" claws are popular. that is whats on mine.

Tbh, Cyrus, stick to FIAT ones if at all possible, as DOG said....Otherwise too much hassle, imo.

Get the catalogue, keep an eye out on here and eBay, and you will be fine :)

The replacement fascias don't look that bad - a lot depends on what stereo you are fitting - I just replaced the Pioneer in mine with aSony and it looks 100 times better. I'll grab the camera and get a piccie posted a little bit later.
