Hello All (please help) I have many comments and tried many things
(Stilo 1.9JTD 02 reg
Diagnostic check gave the following faults:

P0235: Boost pressure(new over boast solenoid fitted and no difference)
P0236: Over boast valve circuit(because i disconnected and started engine)
P0110: Intake air temp sensor (MAF)( disconnected again)
P0101: AIR MASS circuit: (disconnected again)

Paid for this check and reset but P0235 came up again.

Turbo turns
Pipes sealed and OK
New over boast valve up next to battery.
New turbo pipes and filter fitted
Over solenoid valve at back of engine taken off and checked OK
MAF cleaned and seems to be OK
EGR cleaned out 2 times.
EGR full up with carbon and operation checked OK after working the plunger in and out. Did not work first time when connecting 12V to contacts but then worked?

Maybe the EGR is intermittent. How can you check it is working on the engine? How much are they to replace.

Would this cause the engine light to stay ON??

The light had been intermittent and when lower pulley rubber broke and battery flat the engine light stayed ON.

Only 3000 rpm and bad fuel at the moment.

Any ideas welcome and will the ECU need resetting or would it work straight away if all OK
