how greedy can I get I liked my 2007 Stilo Sporting 150bhp( Underground grey) so much I bought another today its blue dont which yet 2006 18500 mile should be ready for Tuesday

lol, i just read about this in the marea section lol. your 150bhp is a nice example of a stilo. all the best of luck with the new car and good luck selling the marea
 
You know I do believe that's the very same car I thought about ringing up about - was for sale somewhere down in Tyne & Wear :confused: Just a smidgen over the £6k mark?

If it'd had a skyroof....... it'd have been mine:D

youre right but Ive put the brakes on it for the moment till he sorts the paintwork out when I went to see it it was peeing down but when I went back today and had a good look I think somebody has been trying to polish parts of it with sand. It will have to be well done or I will be keeping my Marea a bit longer.
 
would you believe it I dont have the car yet I took it for a test drive second one cause the gears seem to be slightly harder to select than my other one so I thought clutch, test it out 4th gear put my foot to floor weeeeeee the rep in with me said its never done that before so I says its just done it with me then has it when we got back another rep got in and pulled away in 1st I said try in 3rd or 4th he said who pulls away in 3rd or 4th so I said Im not buying a car with a worn out clutch another rep come we'll get it checked out this was last week its in at Fiat dealers getting done under warranty and theyre still waiting of parts coming expected tomorrow oh nearly forgot when we got back from the test ride I got out and went to the back of the car and told him to give the accelerator a press so there was a lot more smoke than I wanted to see so I said youd better get that checked out while its in. The fitter who does the servicing on there cars for them just happened to wander over and said theyre all like that I just looked at him and thought naw I cant be chewed with you anyhow thats the state of play at the moment

I think that could be true. Not sure if you read it but there was a long thread about this a while back.

No excuse for the clutch though :shakehead:

the price was agreed but I can only try but I can assure you that I will be going over it the best I can with a fine tooth comb because at the moment I dont feel bothered wether I get it or not

not bein funny mate but a bit of punctuation here and there would make that so much easier to read.... i am on my 5th glass of wine though so could be me

sorry about that mate but if Id have stopped for punctuations I would have forgot what I was going to say. Anyhow I have cancelled the car I think it was going to be more trouble than it is worth.

I see the same car is now on eBay - :(

Was 'stuck' behind an Astra with the same engine as the 150 Stilo on my home from three days at the Scottish Game Fair last night and it was a right smoky bar steward.... went well enough though.

Fortunately, the Stilo went better :D
