Well my back ones have fitted very well and are secured by 3 U's each side. If i have to i will bolt them on once so if they did come off you wouldn't lose them.

Had/have a full set of 4 fiat flaps on both 1.6 & JTD. 1.6 still owned by some old chap locally and still has all 4 flaps as does the JTD... the secret? Self tappers, spring clips and drilling the odd small hole in the rear bumper / front wheel arch liners and your 50 quid flap sets stay put... despite kerb abuse

Yes; they look and fit a lot better being plastic - also lighter too

I only wish I'd fitted mine when I first got the car
