hello

Ive noticed that my stilo jtd 115 smoke a bit low or high revs, car runs fine, no error codes in the ecu and all seems fine when its running, fuel isnt amazing though.

Is this a case of unburnt fuel?

all JTD's do this a bit (y)

If you look at night when your accelerating, you can see trails of smoke go into the car headlights behind, as long as it isnt to excessive, its normal :)

When i first start mine up when it was a bit colder, it used to get a bit, but hasnt been to bad lately ;)

Have a look at your throttle body ..stilosportings JTD smoked like a trooper on 100 cigs a day..:yuck: his throttle body was well and truly chocker with deposits and he cleaned it out and it dont smoke so much now I believe..:)

I think mine is running on coal by the smoke it puts out when I floor it, especially after driving round town for a bit. Makes a huge black cloud that is clearly visible blowing across the road behind me.

I see you're trying to drive economically then :p

Mine is exactly the same after 4 weeks of town driving :( and also leaves a bloody great smoke screen the first time I overtake something once out of town

It only really does it the once though (y)

You should have been at red dot when Stilosportings car went on the rollers ..everyone scarpered..
