Ive got a 1.6, 5 door stilo, my driver side headlight had quite a lot of water in it which flooded out when i opened the cover to change a side light but the water has left the inside of the unit very dirty i want to take it out and give it a good clean and also try to fix the problem of how water is getting in there, can any one tell me how to remove the headlight, are there any diagrams availlable?

Also now and again a warning flashes up saying a break light has gone, it only comes on for a few minutes but then the bulb starts worling again, how would i remove the rear light, ive had a look and under the boot interior on the side wall i can see a few nuts, would the light just come out if i undid them?

Cheers.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
To remove the headlight, i believe the easiest way is to remove the bumper to easily access the fixings but i've not done it myself.
The rear is easy just undo the nuts you've seen and the entire lens will come away and should be self explanatory from there. Just make sure when refitting that the seals are good to stop water getting in.
It could be a dirty earth or just a bulb not seated properly.
Good luck

Keep in mind that for messages like bulb failures from the rear may come from burned connectors of the light.

I've seen that on a friends Stilo. You'll need to tight the metalic ends of the cables.

Goodluck!
