I parked up last night and on the screen it said i had 80 miles left to empty! When i came to turn it on this morning it said 55 miles to empty!
On a 10 mile trip to work it went up to 60.
Do i have a problem here as i dont see where the 25 miles went when the car was sat still all night!
Does anyone else have this problem

its just normal really to be honest

should see my car, sometimes between going on a smooth jounrey home etc i can see the fuel range go from say 200 miles to 250 miles.

then i start it up in the morning and just pull out of the drive and it says 200 miles again

best way to judge how much fuel is left is once on a journey check your range

Ok so now after i have got home it says 55 miles left. Is that really how much is left! Cos wen i put petrol in it said 100 miles and i have done 30 miles averagin 31 mpg.

its just your car estimating the range.

dont forget that it all depends on your drving style/where you drive etc.

i went down the motorway the other day and when i set of from home it said that i had less range left then when i actually arrived there 30 miles later

but when i get stuck in stop start traffic, or am really pushing my car it drops a lot faster.

how much did you put in your car. you must be a bit stingy for it to only say 100 miles to empty

lol it had 50 miles left and i put 6 quid in! I had no cash with me and i dont like paying for stuff with my card and cudnt be arsed drawing ne out lol! I get paid tomorrow so will be filling her right up

the distance travelled on the amount that you put in sounds about right for an mpg.

obviously i own a jtd so it would be a little bit different, my range would be a little bit more.
