I have bought yesterday Stilo 2004 5dr JTD115, and I just love it.
The only fault I have found so far is that fuel gauge is dead. When I start the car reserve light is lit for a sec, then goes off, but fuel gauge does not move at all. I added 30 liters of fuel, but nothing changed, so it's deffinitely not working. I can see on trip computer how many kilometers I can do till empty tank, but it would be better if gauge is also working.
Did anyone had problem like this, and is it easy to fix it?

Mine had the same thing.

Is a problem with the body computer. I had to have a new one fitted, which did the trick.

Luckily got mine done under the warranty though so i dont know how much it costs

Huh, sounds like a big problem. Do you know if it's full computer or just some part. Everything else is working perfect.

It could be a dodgy connection. Stilos are reknowned for them. The fact that you have 2 issues electrical could be related. I'm not entirely sure, but the dreaded D4 connector could be the nature of the issue. I could be wrong but a fault like this is rarely that terminal. Do a search for D4 location and cleaning and see how you get on.

They replaced the whole computer in my stilo (y), not just part of it.

i guess i was lucky that it was covered under the warranty as it could be quite an expensive part :(

As I said, it may not be fatal. It could just be a 'dry joint' or dodgy connection on the D4. Worth yugo23 trying a clean up before spending alot of money.
