General Back, after a stint in the GTR forum

Well im back (those who remember me anyway) after a brief stint owning a Nissan Skyline, that i subsequently crashed 4 weeks ago, after a 'love tap' going around a round about (rear wheel drive is such a different ball game).

So now the stilo has my attention again. Mixed emotions about it, i've got the dreaded limp home mode, Fiat Colliers (warwick road) dont want to touch it as its an ex-accident vehical (which is ironic as they've sent me a membership card incase of an accident !?!? huh!?!?! any other fiat dealerships other than Colliers and Arnold Clark around the Local Birmingham area anybody recommends!?

Also sad to see in the metro stilo ranked 4 amongst the top fastest depreciating cars on the road.... (sighs):bang:

Not sure about garages that are any good (although I've heard the Fiat dealer iun Mansfield are quite good) but I can certainly say stal well clear of JCS in Kegworth. Not sure if there's any other dealers closer than Mansfield though.

Just a quick question.. whats happened to the skyline?? i might know someone whos intersted if your after getting rid?? R32??

R33, gun metal grey, passenger side rear qtr panel is pushed all the way in, strangely enough still drives even though its rear wheel drive), front half and the drivers side of the car is fine. £800 for the complete car if you want it.

With this 'membership card' do you think i could get them to pick it up and look at it? anybody have one of these membership cards, and used it successfully?

The letter + card attached read as follows;

"Dear .........

Welcome to Colliers Fiat Accident Aftercare, a complimentary dealer service that suppliments your existing motor insurance.

As a valued customer (damned right), this membership provides you with exclusive assistance in the event of an accident - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

you think i can claim on that bassis? though im skeptical because there is no note of fee's or anything, small print only says 'subject to availability'?

No problem.... i'll have a word tomorrow... guys really into his motors...(drifts a 200sx and two r32's and has a yella sierra cossy:yuck: ) he's been asking for skyline bits recently so will mention it...
