Styling Gear knob

Thanks janevj. I already have a replacement gear knob ready to be fitted but I can't get the existing one off. I have a 1.2, 5 door, 6 speed, 2002 stilo (not 92 as I said already)and i can't work out how to loosen the gear knob. Any other advice?

On my previous punto, you had to literally use a hacksaw to split the gear knob top to bottom.

Yeah! But I can turn the lights off if I want. It's definitely a night thing. Don't knock it till you see it.

- it seems to do the job properly! you will need an extractor tool (the part number I think is 1.870.668.000)
- which is used to push / pull the gear knob off / on the gear lever.
- Like everything, without the right tool it does not seem to be that easy a job!
- Good luck </font id="Comic Sans MS"></font id="navy">

A Nova? No way! This is my third fiat in a row, and the Stilo is the best yet. Am getting a 10 disc changer installed in the next week. Light up gea knob and solid sounds. What moe do you need?
