Hi there,
I've just come back from a few days in Somerset, and I really enjoyed driving my Stilo! it is one of the most comfortable cars I've driven on a long journey the only other car that comes close is my old Calibra Turbo which is sadly now gone :( .
As for the fuel less than half a tank of diesel!, I also tried out the cruise control too a new thing for me it felt abit odd when you approach a hill.
Also I was Stilo spotting I only saw 1 3dr Active which the driver gave me a friendly wave and a Stilo estate and that was it.
Just washed her now so ready to get dirty again.

Know what you mean, did Kettering to SW Germany in May and back again via Paris. averaged 55MPG 4 up and didn't miss a beat or suffer aches and pains. So underrated a car.

They are brilliant. the 115JTD will sit at 115 without any problems. fuel economy is brilliant. towed a twin axle car trailer with 1 tonnes worth of suzuki jeep on it with my 115jtd 3 door 250 odd miles home and it was stil respectable on the fuel economy.

The Abarth......

Yes, the Stilo is superb on longer journies, thought that exactly myself this weekend.

Well, as for fuel consumption, been from Yorkshire to Gravesend to Guildford and back to Yorkshire this bank holiday, a touch on 600 miles.

The cost???

£125, 3 fill ups........

Showing 25.3mpg Avg.

Great fun though, still smiling with empty pockets!

OMG, its a bit pricy is it? To do 600miles, two 300miles runs will cost us JTD boys £50, shouldnt need fill up if we stick around 80ish.......

yes. its the newer version of the jtd engine. only the 1.2 and 1.4 stilos had a 6 speed box, but the 150miltijet stilo sporting did.+ the jtd stilos didnt. i love my stilo, and i work at fiat. ive had no problems with it.if it cost me 125 quid for 600 miles i think id cry.

I think I will try the aero version speed run next time.. do you think wing mirrors and wipers off will help on top speed too? or maybe 45psi in the tyres?
