hi to all sorry if this is a stupid question but i am trying to replace my stilo wipers the ones on it are 21inch and 19inch both on the front, i put champion wipers on but they seem to judder when i tried them.

thanks in advance for any help

Sort of on the same theme. My N/S/F wiper has a curve in it. Is this normal or has someone bent one of my wipers. its been like it since I picked it up and it works just fine. Just wanted to know.

Thanks

My wiper also was bent from picking the car up fromt he dealership, I think it was cause by them putting it through the car wash![}:)]

I changed both to champion wipers & have had no problems since then from them.

I just paid ~£18 for Bosch blades from Halfords, but I haven't changed them yet.

The book listed 22" & 19", though (unlike your 21"/19").

I found this link on Ebay. Seems good value, but can't comment on quality. The seller has good feedback, so if you're in the market for new wipers...

I have just changed my wipers and the lengths match. The only difference is the original passenger blade is curved slightly (presumably to allow for the size of the windscreen and provide a better 'sweep'), whereas the Bosch isn't. I don't think it'll make that much of a difference though.

i put champion blades and they do the job quite well but they are a kind of noisy compared to the original ones.

My Bosch blades were a little noisey for a while, but they seem to have bedded in now.

You guys with the Bosch blades, did you have any trouble fitting them?

I bought some from Halfords but the "universal" mounting clip would not fit my wiper arm properly, in fact they were so loose they juddered across the windscreen. I took them back and even the guy at Halfords was stumped as to why they wouldn't fit.

In the end I bought another set from Fiat and fitted them without any problems.

No problems fitting them. They just snapped straight in. But mine still judder, so maybe the union isn't quite so good as I thought. :I
