Hi guys took the multiwagon in for a service at glyn hopkin east ham on friday on collecting the car they informed me of problem found with rear screen washer and said this would be fixed under warranty but they want the car back in for three days to fix this as they say they will have to remove roof lining to get at the problem sounds a bit far fetched to me can any of you guys tell me if this would be true?

If its being fixed under warranty Rick why worry just have it done ..your happy their happy and we are all happy cos your happy (y)

Personally i usually fix a non operating washer in 10mins.
PUMP
Pump not working? Check wiring- maybe change pump

BLOCKAGE
If the pump's working then it's a blockage
Step 1
Blocked rear nozzle. Cleaning or inserting a pin. Still not working?
Step 2
Take out the rear nozzle. Make sure you can blow through the nozzle ok?
Blockage is in the pipe
Step 3
Disconnect the pipe at the reservoir or non return valve. Use an air line carefully to blow through the pipe from the reservoir end. Blockage gone- Water comes out
Re- assemble

Inform customer to use it more often:)

You don't say what the problem is but if you mean the problem is a leak then you have to get access but taking the roof lining out is a lengthy process
