Hi all, just got in from work, found in post letter from Fiat stating recall on 1.1 1.2 and 1.4 8 and 16 valve engines that pulley on crankshaft could break and have sent out an urgent recall, anyone out there have same letter or heard anything else? Albo

Its just a quick check,very few vehicles are affected.

sorry what do you mean by quick check, will i have to leave car or is it just a visual, sorry to sound thick but to get to dealer where bought car is fair distance, know i can call dealer and find out but just got in from work and dealer will be closed now,thanks

Visual check of crank pulley for identification marks...shouldn't take more than 10-15minutes but please be aware you might have to wait until a tech becomes available.
