Anyone got an LPG conversion for their Stilo yet?

Found this site, they do Stilo coversions! http://www.greenfuel.org.uk/

Might look into it myself in a years time when my manufacturers warranty runs out, don't give a monkeys for the 1 year dealer cover!

Can spank my car happy in the knowledge that my car is still costing me nowt!

Could be worth if for you 1.8 owners! Checking 1.2 economy figures, the company says Petrol mpg 40mpg, LPG 30mpg, which works out a about 60mpg at standard fuel costs! Plus as LPG is higher octane there is a chance of a little more pep!

No one gives a s**t about MPG, just FPG, that's Fun Per Gallon, how the hell can you enjoy driving when all you think about is fuel economy and the first thing you do when you step into your car is put the computer on Instant Consumption so you can see how much you're using, get a life man!

Do it yourself.... find if you don't mind taking out half the street with the gas explosion! Very cheap i must say though! Still kinda like the idea of a spare wheel mind you!

they have FREE training facilities to become an LPG installer, and offer on-going technical support if required.
once you have the certificate you can get rid of the tank and buy lpg in calour gas type bottles cheeper than pump prices, but not legal.

the smartest thing you will ever do to decrease the consumption figures is to full the car with petrol and put it in the garage and do not drive it.whan it will not consump at all and your life will be perfect cause you will have your money just for you!!! end of story

Anyhoo, answer me this guys, why did you not buy the Abarth if you ain't concerned with economy in any way! Afterall any other model is just created to save money, in either fuel, insurance costs or purchase, but as you say economy doesn't concern you! Oxymoron i think!

Also its not like the Stilo is a drivers car, its a comfy car that drives reasonably well! If i ever meet you on a road i hope its while i'm in my Cooper, i'll show yas a think or two about driving fast!

simple ... or its too much for the two brain cells of yours ... we did not buy ABARTH cause we do not have lets say 24.000euros to spend on a car ... and in my case ... since this is my first one .. there is no way my dad would let me drive 170bhp car with my 18yrs than (19 now).
