Yellow, N-reg, abarth wheeled, red sporting graphic down the side cinq on the above road about 3pm Anyone?

Also a bluey coloured G-reg Panda. Was a special edition bit didnt quite catch what it was. The graphics were red and black on the side. Had 3 people in it with a male driver. The wheels were in very poor condition and was struggling on the inside lane. I blitzed passed you. Anyone?
