Spotted yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, parked in Market Place, opposite Taste of the Country. Badged 2000 TC Volumetrico, with full Abarth kit and wheels. LHD, but utterly beautiful; and looked factory-fresh.... :worship:

According to How Many Left? this doesn't exist...! So must be pretty rare! Palio -- any idea who this belongs to...?

PS: According to Wikipedia, the Series 3 131 Volumetrico Abarth -- also known as the 2000 TC Compressore -- had a 1,995 cc straight four, making 138 hp, and reaching 118 mph. Only 200 or so were manufactured.

I've see it around a lot - Gaydon Auto Italia etc, and it's been in AI magazine iirc. I don't think I know the owner, but the car was driven back from Italy (hence the lack of DVLA information), and the owner is a member of the 131Mirafiori forum I believe.

Lovely car (y)

Cheating a bit but when I was a yoot I worked in a Fiat parts dept. and the MD had an orange 131 Supermirafiora which looked cracking. Then I got fired for snapping at a customer!
