Far to meny people with these dangerous and illegal HIDs setup in reflector lenses these days. A tit in a Focus I pass twice a day too and from work with them, going to make a note of his number plate and report him to the police.
did the same last year...... not seen it since (probably embedded in a tree) made me laugh i flashed him (only quickly to show and point out his lights blinded me) and he flashed me... could only see the bulb light up in the headlamp clusters never affected me as the HID's were so bright they over powered the main beam :bang:...
