Who owns X995 EGP?

I've seen this blue Riviera a couple of times (once I parked up alongside it at DTR... many years ago) and last summer I drove along the motorway behind/ infront for a few junctions.

My B is the exact same colour and spec and has the reg X994 EGP.

Perhaps there are a number of Blue Riviera's with registrations X99? EGP ...that would make an interesting photo
