Went last night and was suprised to see the lack of Punto's (only 5 yellow ones which was a coincidence!) If anyone drives a Punto it's on most saturdays at the Tesco car park.

Wheree abouts in essex mate? Will be up for this when i on leave.

i used to go a lot when it was busy, but it got a bit tame...

Anywhere. Gillingham, Maidstone, Cuxton i believe there are a couple of places in Rochester.
Come further east by me and there are no problems at all. You may get the odd passing copper checking in but thats it.

They only get involved over here if the land owner complains or it's causing a distraction...

With that in mind any regular large gathering of cars will after a while get a lot of heat! The Jap nights at Bluewater got shut down because of this

As for a meet, count me in.. Need to do more socialising, haven't been to a single once since getting the Fiat!

I know its Mc D's but the cruisers here in Margate never really get hassle there and they do it all the time.

There are a few car parks and great little spots like Broadstairs Pier.

I may even have access to a proper private car park where the plod cant come onto. But that would have to be for a proper cruise.

Old wives tale, they can go on to check vehicles if they've been seen on the public road... They can also turn up if the owners of the car park ask them to or if anyone reports a disturbance in the area.

But as you say, they've usually got better things to be doing than checking up on a few cars!
