Doubtful if it is someone on here, but it was on Sunday night around 8.20pm.
Seemed like they were involved in minor prang with a Nissan? on A406/Palmers Green junction. A 500 from the BSM Driving School...

Took the pic whilst my vehicle was stationary.

Was this you?

Was behind one a few weeks ago now. But yeah, learners have to be excused!

I cant work out how it got to that angle there.. unless the red car went into the side of it with 1 of them jumping the lights...

I had an experience with a REALLY bad RED instructor in Cockfosters a while ago, they were in the left lane coming from Barnet, I was in the right to go towards Southgate, she wasnt indicating & had left the junction a second before me, I started to overtake on the rounadount indicating right (its a 2 lane roundabout) expecting her to stick to the left lane to go left or straight, but no, she violently pulled across me, forcing me & the cars behind to slam on, went accross the lanes with no correction from the instuctor & went right round the roundabout....

I briefly hooted at her (at the instructor more than the driver) but was ignored (no appologetic hand signal from the instructor) & after making the turn, I could see them chatting away & nervously laughing in the car....

She then proceded to turn right, still with no indication. I then followed & a long way before the left past the Saracens rugby field she indicated (you can see from the picture how far we were from the junction when she started indicating, but despite indicating wayyy too far before the junction, she went into it too fast & slammed on, nearly overshooting the road she was turning down.

I`m a patient driver & I give learners alot of leaway, but this was a truely shocking instructor...

Yea agreed, driving standards or 'certain individuals' standards are definately cause for concern. There is a Supermarket car park which is used as a cut through to by-pass a junction of traffic and twice going through there I've had two kamkaze idiots try to collide with me head on because they are so busy trying to avoid the speed bumps in the car park they can't be asked to do real driving like normal motorists...
Sign of the times I suppose

Btw the angle of the 500 IF it was a learner driver I can only assume crossed into the other lane not realising the Nissan was behind

Lol :p my mistake about the Toyota thanks for clearing that up pk090. Ironically 4 days later a mate from work was involved in a 3 car smash at the SAME junction  The way in which some people drive on that particular stretch tbh I'm suprised it's not on a daily basis

Well the way the East to West A406 lanes go from 3 into 2 immediately after the lights (with the added complication of a bus stop)is rediculous,as it is at Bowes Rd, next one up. I`ve nearly had many head ons from people coming onto the wrong side to jump the traffic.

Looks like they may be finally doing something now though...
