its got a full "eurosport" exhaust system, de-cat and K&N air filter, thats about it but for some reason it sounds like a little rally car! (shame it don't drive like one!)

Do you work in Hudds? My car spends most of its time either sat in B&Q car park of next to Healey Ward Builders Merchants. Also do regular trips up Bradford Road and Leeds Road.

got the exhaust from a guy in bradford, if you look on cartorque.co.uk then you could ask somebody and they will tell you where it is and called etc. cos i cant remember!

I work at weekends so its pretty awkward but i'm planning to save plenty of lieu time by doing overtime so I can go to Auto Italia at Stanford Hall, possibly Brooklands too and hopefully will go to the Alfa Day at Lotherton Hall in Leeds and MITCAR (Midlands Italian Car Festival).

Sie on here (surfin fella) is arranging a driving day in W.Yorks soon where we will go thrash our centos around some country lanes, stop for lunch etc... should be fun!

I wish I hadn't flashed my hazards when I turned off there. My indicators seized up after and I had to bash at the button til it would work. No I don't live there. I was going to a mates house. i was always looking ahead to predict the situation. i like racing up Bradford Rd Hill to Brighouse from Fartown. Always a tense rolling start because of that speed camera. lol.

I'm not impressed that you are planning on changing your car!!! lol. Every ride a ridein one that is lowered and has a 1242cc lump in it? Drives beautifully. It'll cost way under a grand to do it and it'd be like a new car. Why do you want to get rid of it?
The weekend thrash around West Yorks looks like early March so you best have the car then or else!!!

head gasket went on mine a year ago and since then it been tempremental, driving awful but only nice when it wants to....it is far too slow and i would love to get somet bit faster that handles better....looking at astra coupe :bang: ....erm.......whatever!!! TOO MUCH!!!!!....part ex my cento for 50p!!! lol

mine turned a bit temperamental last year. i threw loads of redex in it and changed the spark plugs and its fine now. Also try resetting the ECU on it. As you have added the exhaust, the air will flow through the engine different, and it might perform better if you do this as the engine can set itself up for this. Type ECU in the seach at the top and loadza threads say how to do it. Basically remove the negative terminal on ya battery for 30mins and then drive nicely for 250-300 miles.
