OK, this is going back a few weeks, but I saw a Blue Tipo, could it be turbo? turning off the A25 near sevenoaks, it was a sunday... Any ideas? it was blue, blacked out, 5 spoke (aftermarket) alloys, lowered, upped exhaust... only saw it briefly, but looked smooth.
