Just a quick note on personal details.

Telephone numbers can be abused and robots/crawlers can 'harvest' email addresses from forums to add to spam lists. It is always better to pass personal details by PM.

If you must put an email on a public forum page you can disguise it, e.g.,

nameatdomain rather than name@domain

or even be amusing (possibly) with

nameYOUR@KNICKERSdomain , drop your knickers before replying, hoho
