At the moment the spotted forum seems to rely on you seeing a post, or someone who knows your car seeing it and tagging you in it.
What if, you put your reg plate in (optional of course) when you join, and when you post in that section you have the option of typing in the reg plate. Then when you do get spotted and the plate is typed in, you get a cute little email telling you!
