Could even be used in conjunction with members map.....if you've purchased something from fleabay etc sometimes hard to pick up/collect within time specified but if theres a forum member based local or if working in a certain area that could collect and maybe hold or meet half way.....

I would certainly try to help a fellow member if i could.
