How to use the forum guide?

Hi, I have looked but cannot see anything on how to use this particular forum and its facilities?

What are tags and how to use them, how to use the gallery, the blogs etc.

So unless someone can point me to this, would it be a good idea to have something like this on here? (that way many more of these features may be used).

Yes - it does look like it wants a serious update.
Perhaps add a "Forum Guides" section to the guides.

bens blog gives a short tutorial on new features like the tagging system

My point is that these things are not available to new users in anything like the other guides are etc.

These sort of things should have a prominent place/be easy to find.

Do you disagree?

(I don't mind putting something together myself once I know how.)

and where would they go?

we have noobs who post questions on their own profiles
If they manage to register
I would expect mose can place a post
if they have a specific question,then they can ask
however members can make info into a guide if they wish.
I dont realy have as much time these days to make in depth guides as i did before

well when I created the guides I was the moderator for that section

/me rather sheepishly kicks myself after seeing the "FAQS" link.
It wasnt there before - honest - I looked guv I did really.

But thats the sort of thing, although I think some of the forum faq is a tad lacking but I have found out some stuff now.
