how about when car parts get listed in the classified ads they pop up in the relevant car section like auction watch? sounds like a good idea to me... cheers

i know they have a relevant section in classifieds, i mean link them to the relevant section in fiat cars like auction watch does

you mean prefixes
however I still dont get what you mean
the side bar in every model section shows classifieds and auction watch for that model

yes like prefixes so the ad comes up like a thread in the relevant fiat motor section, like auction watch does

You also don't have Classifieds on your phone (assuming you're in the mobile skin). The Classifeds aren't proper threads like Auction Watch is so (I'm guessing) they wouldn't appear the same if they were linked in like that.
but then,if you want to actually read the model forum. it could be filled iwth ads
people sometimespost 10+ ads at one time
so the whole page could be all ads

yes but at least then would get to see it without having to click through three tabs
, and would see the ads as soon as their listed!? people are always posting the ads soon get washed down the page
As Eklypse said though - if you are on a phone, you won't be able to see the classifieds anyway (no easy way to skin it for multiple devices).
Alerting via threads could be interesting, as people could comment on the thread instead of the ad but would need a total change of how things are done.

cheers ben, think it could especially beneficial for people who are wanting parts as not too many members look at the wanted ads
We relaxed the rules on wanted ads some time ago actually Wanted threads are allowed now - for sale threads are still required to go in classifieds though
