I could never get it working properly, it wouldn't allow a drill down. I'll have a go at getting the current version and see if they fixed it

Version 6.0 can be downloaded from TPB. I downloaded it and scanned it, was virus free as far as I could tell. Download speed was good too, 1.5MB/s.

what do we do with that once its down loaded?
Open it with a bittorrent client, plenty of options on that front. It'll then start actually downloading.
Once its downloaded you need to unzip it(I use winrar). The rest is self explanatory once you read the enclosed txt's.
Peak download speed was 1.9MB/s.

Once you've downloaded and unrared it(TWICE) you need to burn or mount the ISO file. I use UltraISO for burning and mounting but there are other programs you can use. The YouTube video below will help if you decide to use UltraISO.

It's not (necessarily) about how fast your connection is with torrents, it's about how many people are sharing it and how fast they are sharing it.
Exactly, its all about whos seeding and what kind of connection they have not your connection speed. Generally the more seeders the quicker the download.
